Individual Investor
You’re signing up as yourself, using your personal details. This is for investors who meet the accredited investor criteria as an individual.
Personal Corporation
If you invest through a personal corporation you control, you can sign up under your business. All owners of the corporation must meet the accredited investor criteria.
Entity
Other companies or organizations can also sign up as an accredited investor. If you’re signing up on behalf of an organization, the company must meet the accredited investor criteria.
